The conference will take place at the novotel hotel , Dakar . For the accommodation at the hotel the cost is 60. 000 Senegalese francs ( equivalent  of 92 euros) per night including breakfast. The NOVOTEL is located at Dakar down town face to the Atlantic ocean and Gorée island.
